Senior IT Analyst
Drew Stinnett is a Senior Systems Analyst and Security Liaison at Duke University's Office of Information Technology (OIT), where he has contributed for over 15 years. In his role, Drew focuses on enhancing security for both Windows and Linux systems, developing internal tools, and managing platforms like HashiCorp Vault for secure credential storage. He also implements automation solutions such as Suitcase Control to efficiently package research data.
Beyond his technical responsibilities, Drew actively engages with the Duke community. He has led student teams in the Code+ program, mentoring undergraduates on real-world software projects, including those involving artificial intelligence. Drew is also a member of the DiversifyIT Steering Committee, promoting inclusivity within the IT sector at Duke.
