I am from Alexandria, Egypt. I like to swim, lift, play volleyball, and hike. I also love to read and learn about astronomy, egyptology, and neuroscience. I like to listen to alternative rock and watch horror movies, and love trying new curly hairstyles on my hair. My favorite food is all kinds of pasta and my favorite sweet treat is Jeni's peanut butter ice cream with dark chocolate chips. Fun Facts: I have a scuba diving license of 18 meters, I have seen a whale shark in the Red Sea while diving before, I held the title of the best swimmer in Africa for 2 years in a row when I was in high school, and once I spent 13 straight hours in the foundry in Gross hall (9 am -10 pm).
