Description:

A team of Duke students will define and develop Duke-specific AR content and identify potential use cases and target audiences. Potential content includes an AR campus tour for iPhone with markers that trigger AR content, wayfinding for locations on campus, most traveled paths, AR overlays that point to locations with less congested wifi networks, etc.

I was born in Korea and lived there for 18 years. Coming to Duke was my first time being in the States and studying abroad. Before I got here, I was 100% sure that I would devote my life in the field of biology, but somehow, I fell in love with computer science. Now I’m not 100% sure about what I will be in the future but am so excited to try and learn all the new things in front of me. Uncertainty makes me stronger. I love cats, Spongebob, and gummies. I also love running, thinking and creating.

Hi I’m Laura! I’m an incoming sophomore from Houston, TX, and I’m especially interested in the implication’s technology has on improving both current mental health treatment and accessibility of resources for those in need. I’m also a huge fan of listening to podcasts, doing calligraphy, and hiking. I'm extremely excited to do Code+ and work on a project that addresses a big need on campus!
